Care tips
Watering
Water every two to three weeks in summer, when the soil is dry. Water very little in winter.
Light
Bright light, but keep it out of hot midday sun. The coloured top part burns easily.
Feeding and repotting
Feed lightly every month in summer. Repot every year or two into a small pot with cactus soil.
Watch out for
The coloured top is grafted onto a green base and lacks chlorophyll. It has a shorter life, and a green shoot from the base should be cut off.
